At Phimaexon, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to delivering high-quality space organization and decluttering services that meet your expectations.

Service Nature

Please note that our services are consultation-based and hands-on organization work. Unlike physical products, our services cannot be returned in the traditional sense. However, we stand behind our work and offer the following guarantees.

Satisfaction Commitment

If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will:

  • Review your concerns in detail
  • Schedule a follow-up visit to address any issues
  • Make adjustments to ensure your satisfaction
  • Work with you to find a resolution

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule appointments with the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment receive a full refund of any deposits
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment forfeit the full deposit
  • Emergency situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

Refund Process

In cases where refunds are applicable:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Partial refunds may be granted for partial service completion

Service Modifications

We understand that project scopes can change. If you need to modify your service agreement:

  • Contact us as soon as possible to discuss changes
  • We will work with you to adjust the scope and pricing accordingly
  • Any additional work will be quoted separately
  • Reductions in scope may result in partial refunds

If you have concerns about our services, we encourage you to:

  • Contact us directly to discuss the issue
  • Provide specific details about your concerns
  • Allow us the opportunity to make things right

We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.

Exclusions

This policy does not cover:

  • Services completed more than 30 days ago
  • Issues arising from client-provided materials or instructions
  • Changes in client preferences after service completion
  • Normal wear and tear of organization systems over time
